Statutory Compliance

The company takes great care to ensure compliance with all Labour Legislation. The company is registered with the following statutory bodies and makes payment to them as required:

Conditions of Employment:

The employee’s conditions of employment will equal or exceed the minimum conditions as prescribed by the BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act) or Bargaining Council if applicable.

Minimum Wages: All staff will be paid minimum wages as prescribed by the BCEA Sectoral Determinations and/or applicable Bargaining Council.
