• Contracts of employment: Preparation of contracts and letters of employment.
• Training in procedures: Training of employers, managers and supervisors in the correct HR and IR procedures.
• Industrial Relations and Human Recourses audit: Complete internal Audit to assess compliance with Labour Law and best HR practice.
• IR Assistance: Assistance with regards to counseling, disciplinary hearings, dismissals, retrenchments, restructuring, appeal hearings, etc.
• Chair Disciplinary Hearings and Inquiries: We provide all the necessary forms, such as notices if disciplinary inquiries, written warnings and letters of dismissal.
• Union Negotiations: Conducting of wage negotiations with unions and conflict resolution on behalf of the client. Recognition agreement negotiations and recognition agreements.
• Representation at the CCMA: Representation and assistance of clients at all levels of the CCMA, Bargaining Council and private arbitration hearings.
• Strike Management: Assistance with contingency planning, strike diaries, legality of action taken by employers, and Settlement negotiations assisting with supply of the temporary staff / laborers whilst the strike is in progress.
• Liaison with Department of Labour: Deal with Department of Labour matters on behalf of the employer.
